Happy Birthday Class for family vacation

This class was for another 3 generation family from NY, USA, vacationing in Tokyo, and it is meant to be a birthday occasion for their beloved young girl who loves cooking. The menu they picked up was Sushi rolls, Gyoza, Miso soup, etc.

There were a lot of preparations & tasks but it was all done so smoothly with grandma, grandpa, Mum & Dad,  and our little birthday girl worked so hard, too.

I thought our Sashimi may be a bit too different for her to challenge, so prepared some Teriyaki chicken to wrap in our Sushi rolls just in case, but my little guest LOVED our authentic Sushi rolls with seafood so much that I am very proud of our little foodie girl!
