My little kitchen got occupied by a group of fun and happy friends from the US in this class. They are now living in different cities but used to work together for the same mega airline. Looks like it was a reunion vacation for good old buddies and their destination was Tokyo. My pleasure to be a part of the happy time together.
The menu was our all-time favorite, Tonkotsu Ramen and Gyoza, plus a cold salad with pickled Kombu, cabbage, and sesame. Among all the things we cooked, the most popular food was Gyoza. It is so simple to make, and tastes so good especially when you eat with great company!
