Salmon Nanban style class

This was a for a reunion in , welcoming my  guests from USA and Lebanon, & their daughters. Since their choice was something not including meat, my recommendation was and seasonal vegetable side dishes.

There were a lot of things to prepare and mothers were a little jet-lagged after long flights,  but daughters were slicing and mixing and frying everything so efficiently and here is the outcome, our gorgeous home-made style !

I wish my daughters will be as charming and thoughtful as my young guests someday…
