This was a class for a family reunion in Tokyo, welcoming my guests from USA and Lebanon, sisters & their daughters. Since their choice was something not including meat, my recommendation was salmon Nanban style and seasonal vegetable side dishes.
There were a lot of things to prepare and mothers were a little jet-lagged after long flights, but daughters were slicing and mixing and frying everything so efficiently and here is the outcome, our gorgeous home-made Japanese style lunch!
I wish my daughters will be as charming and thoughtful as my young guests someday…
Many thanks for coming to my little kitchen!
