Pork Ramen & Gyoza class

Our most requested menu, & for a honeymooners from Barcelona, the world famous city!

The had been travelling around Japan and visited places I have never been to myself.  My home- class was one of their last spots to drop by.

Of course they have been tasting various great   including several types of Ramen and Gyoza. But my guest  told me they were looking for something more local and homey.

That is one big reason that I always use Miso in our Ramen soup, as Miso is our oldest seasonings and something typically used in our home cooking.
